Dear Mary / Angela,

I received a call from the client (who is also a travel agent), D.E.. She told me her family thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Meteora (1-2 July) and the sightseeing day in Athens (3 July). They especially liked the driver, B.M.. She said he was “exceptional” and made their visit a truly wonderful experience. She was also extremely pleased with the guides. D. told me this is a trip she wanted to do for a very long time, and it was way beyond her expectations.
